We will bring pleated fabric samples for you to hold against the glass, assess their light transmission and match them to your furniture, walls, window frames and overall interior. Our consultant will help you choose a fabric to suit the room, your privacy needs and the desired level of dimming. Together, we will also choose a profile colour that complements your window.
Fabric types

Pleated fabric is adapted to the geometry of a trapezoidal window, following its lines. Choose a suitable level of light transmission to soften bright light, reduce glare and add privacy.
The window shape determines operation.
The movement and stacking options for trapezoidal blinds depend on the window angles, dimensions and chosen construction. Our consultant will explain which fabric section will move and how much of the window can be uncovered, so you know how the product will work before ordering.
We will measure every edge precisely.
Width and height alone are not enough for an unusually shaped window. We will assess angles, edge lengths, fixing surfaces and window opening. Accurate measurements help prevent a poor fit and operating problems.
Installation for your individual window design.
We will select fixing positions and check whether the proposed system can be installed in your window. If the window is high up, we will discuss convenient access to the controls in advance.

How do I choose a fabric?

The standard system lets you move the top and bottom rails to cover the part of the window you choose. The DUO system combines two fabrics, while the cord-operated version raises and lowers the fabric with the headrail remaining fixed. Trapezoidal windows, roof windows and conservatories use systems adapted to their shape and slope.
Can it be motorised?
We will assess whether motorisation is possible for your chosen system and window. We will discuss suitable controls during your consultation.
